We liked everything and very grateful to the owner.
We even managed to survive during hottest days there, when outside was 36 for few days. We kindly asked for the ventilator and Nikolaus supplied us with it. No airconds, but normally they are not
needed, because of significantly lower temperatures at night. Many windows, you can open them and it's very quiet outside - windows look into the inner garden / spaces. Two bathrooms in the
apartment, high ceilings, big rooms. Comfortable and like at home. We liked the location very much! 5 mnts from metro Hietzing and on your way you have COOP. Metro is located right near the big park
and palace Schönbrunn. Free entrance to the park and even it has working hours, the door which is overlooking the metro is not closed and people run and walk their after. There is a very nice zoo
with places where the animals stay very much like in wild natures. Park is great and big, consisted of several parts + regular and "wild". Very much recommended ! Metro line is the central one - 12
minutes and you are in the centre, but during summer there is renovation, and one part is completely closed - trains are not going there at all, which sounds ...weird, but there is a bus, just ask
the staff at the station they will explain, may be no available info in English or no station names) in the booklet in German, but this doesn't relate to the apartment.
Das Apartment ist sehr groß und hat zwei schöne
Bäder. Durch die Innenhoflage ist es auch sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in Nähe zum Schloss, zum Zoo und zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend.
Leider gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten für den PKW
und ich musste auf öffentliche Parkgaragen ausweichen. Etwa 500 Meter entfernt. Direkt am Apartment gibt es aber eine Kurzparkzone bis zu drei Stunden. Hier ist auch meistens ein Platz zu
finden.
